RETURN POLICY

Ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase is our commitment at Azmat Cables. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise, prompting the need for returns or exchanges. To address such concerns, we have formulated a comprehensive return policy that outlines the procedures and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased through our platform.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

Wrong Color or Product Delivered: In the event that you receive a product in the wrong color or an entirely different product than the one you ordered, we offer the option for return or exchange.

Damaged Packaging or Coil Upon Delivery: Should you notice any damage to the packaging or coil of the product at the time of delivery, you are eligible to request a return or exchange.

Re-Order Requested by the Customer:

If you decide to re-order a product due to any reason, certain return charges may apply, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

Late Delivery:

Delays in delivery, whether caused by our courier partner or internal logistics, are taken seriously. If your product arrives later than expected, you have the option to return it.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Inside the Box:

Upon opening the package, if you discover that the product is damaged or incorrect, you have the right to request a return or exchange.

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange based on the conditions outlined above (Section 1), please follow these steps:

Contact Us:

Reach out to our customer service team at sales@azmatcable.com, detailing the nature of your concern and providing relevant information such as your name, address, phone number, reason for refund or exchange, date of purchase, invoice number, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number:

Upon reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is essential for processing your return or exchange and should be included in all communications and documentation.

Prepare the Product for Return:

Ensure that the product is in ‘like-new’ condition and securely packed in its original packaging. Additionally, include a copy of the original Azmat Cables invoice and the Delivery Challan from the courier company.

Wait for Our Response:

Our representative will contact you within 3 working days to provide further instructions and assistance regarding the return or exchange process.

Important Notes:

Products returned without a valid RA number and the required documentation may not be accepted or processed.
If returned products do not meet our specified criteria, they may be returned to you via ground shipment.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days upon receipt of the returned product, pending qualification and compliance with our return policy.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), Cheques, or Bank transfers, refunds will be issued via cross cheques by Azmat Cables. For Credit/Debit card payments, refunds will be credited directly by the bank.


Exchange Policy:

We maintain a strict no exchange policy. However, if you have a valid reason for wishing to exchange an order, please contact us at sales@azmatcable.com. All exchange requests will be subject to assessment, and if approved, return charges may apply.
